Reflection:
Each person I spoke to I tried to go more in depth than have in past interviews or conversations about the RUSH KIT company. I feel like speaking to people who are more knowledgable in specific areas opened my eyes to the focus on the details that is needed to create a business, even though it make be small. It seemed like a simple idea at first, but has expanded to much more especially since talking to these people.
Jaclyn,
ReplyDeleteI like how well structured your post is because it makes it easy to read and follow along. You chose good candidates for the categories and it is evident that you have made very reliable connections in order to make your business grow. I've even heard of the app Curtsey and I've always thought it's such a good app. Overall, excellent job!
Jaclyn, I really like the way you selected the people to fill those positions. They all have the correct knowledge and experience to fill that role very well and help your business succeed. I also enjoyed the reflection and how it went from a simple idea at first, to being a legit opportunity especially after expanding your network.
